As items are handmade, please allow 1-7 days for dispatch. 

We do however often have stock in and it will be dispatched the next day.

If you have a deadline date for receiving your products, please use the Live Chat facility (or email) to check if we can meet your needs, thank you.

 

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.  Please get in touch via the online contact form, chat service or email if you encounter any problems with the site or your purchases.

 

The purchasing of items for children are at buyer's discretion. None of our items are recommended for babies or small children due to choking hazard from small parts.
